Feddet Beach Resort in South Zealand is located close to Copenhagen in the most spectacular and diverse nature, close to one of the best beaches on Zealand.
The resort offers several modern facilities, such as a climate-friendly service building, a large indoor swimming pool, separate children pool, in and outdoor spa, sauna, shopping and a café.
Ecolabelled with Green Key / Green Camping since 2000.
In many ways Feddet is ahead of its time regarding ecology and sustainability. In 2000 the agriculture was restructured to ecology.
This focus on sustainability is of course passed on to Feddet Strand Resort. Back in the year of 1999 they build the famous service buildings with 100 percent focus on the environment. The wood came from their own forest.
At the same time a natural ventilation was established to make sure that the indoor climate is clean and healthy. All these initiatives brought the Resort “Green Key” – the tourist business international environmental mark.
The vision is to continue working for a better environment in the places they can.
In Central Zealand you will find Roskilde with the Cathedral and the Viking Ship Museum and in the area National Park Skjoldungernes Land and Roskilde and Holbæk Fjord.
The western part of Zealand offers small cozy towns such as Kalundborg, Korsør, Sorø and Skælskør and quiet harbors and beautiful fjords, and nature invites you to explore it by bike, by hiking or kayaking.
Jump on the bike and drive along one of Sjællands Vestkysts ten gastronomic cycle routes, where in the fresh air you get a healthy appetite. Taste local produce from the small organic producers and treat your taste buds with a glass of Danish produced wine from the vineyard. Or was it something with an (old) Nordic hot dog at the Viking Castle Trelleborg.
